I, along with my agents, assigns, executors, or administrators, in consideration of being permitted to enter, rent, and/or use the facilities, gun range, and/or other products or services of American Millennium Group LLC, doing business as The Marksman, do hereby unconditionally and irrevocably agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless American Millennium Group LLC, its agents, employees, instructors, assigns, owners, and successors, from any and all claims, demands, or liabilities arising from any injury, loss, or disability connected with my participation in or use of the facilities or activities at the range.

I fully understand the inherent risks and hazards involved, and I acknowledge that serious and potentially life-threatening injuries can occur while using firearms or participating in activities with others. In the event of an injury, accident, or illness occurring during activities at the shooting range, I hereby consent to receive any medical treatment deemed necessary.

Furthermore, I acknowledge that should I be responsible for any damage to the property, I agree to make the necessary repairs, and replacements, or provide compensation for the damage caused by my actions.

I affirm that I am fully competent to make the decision to sign this waiver agreement, and it is my intention to use the facilities and equipment of American Millennium Group LLC in a safe and lawful manner. I also declare that I am not subject to any restrictions on the possession or use of firearms, including but not limited to domestic violence restraining orders, and that I am legally permitted to own, possess, and handle firearms.
